A Fleet Built for This Bay, and Nowhere Else

About Our Fleet

The Fleet

Most watersport operators rent equipment. We designed ours. Every boat, dock, and system in the H2O Sports Hawaii fleet was built or modified specifically for Maunalua Bay — which is why a day here doesn’t feel like anyone else’s.

The Ocean Lounge

Our newest and largest vessel, the Ocean Lounge, is custom-built for Maunalua Bay down to the inch — literally. It was designed to pass through the channel bridge leading into the bay with only a few inches of clearance above and to either side, which meant we couldn’t buy this boat off a lot; we had to build it. Inside, it’s an open-air lounge: shade, deep seating, and room to spread out — more private yacht party than tour boat. It’s the anchor for a full day on the water, where guests can relax onboard, dip in and out of activities, and never leave the bay.

Signature Invention

HydraHoist

Trail behind our boats and you’ll find the HydraHoist: a proprietary floating dock fitted with air bags that let us submerge it to a shallow, safe depth of about six inches. It turns the open bay into a lounge — guests can wade, float, and relax in the middle of the water without ever really swimming, and step on or off a jet ski without getting wet. Think of it as the parents’ lounge, while the kids ski.

Water Taxis

Your day begins here: a private water taxi glides you from check-in at Kapua Pond’s turquoise waters out to Maunalua Bay, a short, scenic ride that’s part of the experience, not just a transfer.

Parasail Boats

Unlike operators who load a dozen or more people onto one parasail boat, we keep our groups small — a maximum of six parasailers per boat. That means shorter waits, more time in the air, and a more personal experience for everyone on board.

Jet Skis

Our fleet of Yamaha WaveRunners gives every skill level — first-timers to thrill-seekers — a stable, powerful ride across Maunalua Bay’s calm, protected waters.
